I found what I needed super fast, like there was absolutely no chance I was going to get lost. The pages loaded fine, checkout was simple, and the whole thing was painless. The mobile menu could definitely be a little clearer, but it wasn’t a big deal at all

Most of the stuff I was looking for was in stock, which was nice because that’s not always the case these days. No major issues really, just a straightforward shopping trip, and I got what I needed.

I went in hoping to find some basic items, but apparently that was asking for too much. The selection was really limited, and I couldn’t find half of what I needed. Always fun when shopping turns into a scavenger hunt with no prize.

The tracking barely updated for days, which made it even more annoying, and when I reached out to customer service, they did respond but didn’t really give me any helpful details. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but it was frustrating enough that I personally wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again. I’d give it 2 stars

I ordered a couple of things from Met Opera Shop, the order came just the way I picked it. The sizes, colors, and quantities were all correct, so I didn’t have to deal with customer service or chase anyone down, which I really appreciate.

Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it wasn’t unreasonable either. The package showed up in good shape, and nothing was missing, so I can’t really complain. When a company actually sends what you paid for, that’s the right way to do business.

I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking updates were a little slow, and I do think customers deserve clearer updates after spending their money. Still, the main thing is that the order was accurate, and that counts for a lot in my book.

Support took way longer than I expected to get back to me, and it got frustrating. I didn’t really feel like anyone was paying attention to my issue, more like I was just a ticket number waiting around in the system. Not the best experience

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but for the price, I’m happy with what I got. The stuff is definitely on the cheaper side, but it does the job, and little things like the packaging being decent and the items looking mostly like the photos made it feel worth it to me.

I asked for a refund it’s been dragging on way too long. They did reply at the start, but after that I didn’t really get anything helpful, just felt like I was being passed around. Maybe Met Opera Shop is hit or miss for some people, but my experience was definitely a miss. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Something about this item just felt a little off to me. I’m literally not sure if it’s the real thing, so I’m a bit hesitant to say it’s authentic.
